LEAK INVESTIGATION COST

Leak Investigations start at $150 with tasks including:

  • Design review (if available)

  • Observational Inspection

  • Thermal imagery of moisture locations

  • Moisture readings

  • Provide observational report​

$50/hr to determine the cause of leaks include:

  • Hose stream water testing leak locations

  • Provide recommended repair sketches

  • Provide recommended repair materials

  • Provide leak remediation report
